His vast knowledge of technology and certifications in both Computer Networking Systems and Teleconferencing Systems has allowed him to serve as the Lead IT/Media Team directory for two church ministries located in Virginia, a professional career of supporting government contractor companies including Leidos and General Dynamics and providing professional level live-streaming video services.
Currently through his YouTube channel, 20,000+ subscribers are able to learn technical aspects of video and live-streaming to grow their reach and monetize utilizing the power of video. In 2020 Monte was introduced to Amazon LIVE, a platform that allows creators the opportunity to monetize on one of the most popular shopping platforms in the world. His online community group now hosts over 1,500 creators & influencers and has opened the door for members to also learn how to partner with brands and companies for collaborations and sponsorships even with a small audience.
